Participation Fee in the competitive program

1) The price is for participation of one art object.
2) in case of submission to the competition series, payment is made:
     а) for full-time participants: for each individual art object;
     b) for correspondence participants: for each file.

If a participant in the Russian Art Week in previous years

Category "Professional":

Art print participation (you send file, we print and exhibit) : 20 Euros

Artwork partiсipation (you ship artwork, we exhibit) : 35 Euros

Personal partiсipation (you visit Moscow and bring artwork in person): 40 Euros

  Discounts / bonuses:   
Volume discounts for all participants:
а) 5% discount - for registering from 5 to 9 artworks
b) 10% discount - for registering from 10 to 14 artworks
c) С15% discount-registering more than 15 artworks


  Surcharge for sizes:   

For planar works introduced additional surcharges (only for perconal participation with original of artwork):
if the size of an art object (with the frame) more than 100 cm and 150 cm on the larger side, there is an extra charge equal to 50% of the cost.
if the size of an art object (with the frame) more than 151 cm and 200 cm on the larger side, there is an extra charge equal to 100 % of the cost.
if the size of an art object (with the frame) more than 201 cm and 218 cm on the long side will be charged an additional payment equal to 130% of the cost
All additional sizes are negotiated with the organizing Committee individually.

Total size:
The two-dimensional dimensions of the work may not exceed 75 x 85 inches (192 x 218 centimeters).
A three-dimensional artwork (i.e. sculpture) cannot exceed 72 x 72 x 24 inches (184 x 184 x 61 centimeters).
